Made-to-Order Policy
All Roots Collection Collector’s Boxes are custom, made-to-order items created specifically for each customer order. Because of the handcrafted and limited-edition nature of these products:

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, you must contact us within 15 days of delivery.
To request a replacement, customers must provide:

Photos of the damaged item

Photos of the shipping packaging

Order information
Once reviewed and approved, we will replace the damaged item whenever possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom and collectible nature of these products, items cannot be returned for:

Buyer’s remorse

Minor natural variations in wood grain or artwork

Small handcrafted inconsistencies that do not affect functionality or overall presentation
Each piece is intentionally unique and part of the artistic character of the collection.
