Returns & Replacement Policy

Made-to-Order Policy

All Roots Collection Collector’s Boxes are custom, made-to-order items created specifically for each customer order. Because of the handcrafted and limited-edition nature of these products:

• All sales are final.

• We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, you must contact us within 15 days of delivery.

To request a replacement, customers must provide:

• Photos of the damaged item

• Photos of the shipping packaging

• Order information

Once reviewed and approved, we will replace the damaged item whenever possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom and collectible nature of these products, items cannot be returned for:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Minor natural variations in wood grain or artwork

• Small handcrafted inconsistencies that do not affect functionality or overall presentation

Each piece is intentionally unique and part of the artistic character of the collection.
